Project Overview

When we were approached by Hampton Yachts and its dealership arm, Hampton Yachts Group, their websites exhibited shared content inconsistencies and lacked clarity in their individual roles. We needed to rethink how content is managed, how users are lead to the right information, and how to enable stronger lead generation. The decision to manage both websites within a single content management system was an easy one, allowing Hampton Yachts and Hampton Yacht Group to share content with consistency, while also protecting their unique elements and identities. Integration of an array of forms and an intentionally designed user flow using Mailchimp and Salesforce enables the Hampton team to easily follow up with every potential customer.

The redesigned Hampton Yachts site emphasizes product quality, company history, and seamless navigation to relevant yacht dealers. Hampton Yacht Group's website prioritizes guiding users to the nearest dealer, tailoring listings of new and secondhand yacht inventory and event information accordingly. At the heart of the user experience is a robust lead generation strategy that enables the Hampton team to effectively cultivate potential customers.

Grafton Studio helped us bring to life our complex and multi-dimensional project. Building out a CMS where we could manage all of the details of our luxury yacht models alongside constantly changing inventory and brokerage vessels was no easy feat. Grafton helped us through every step of the process, from the conceptualization to training us how to use the resulting CMS. We commend them for a job well done.
